How We Get You In Shape

Whether you want to lose 100 pounds or simply kick start your change towards healthier and happier, WFV will take your fitness programming and results to new heights – safely and enjoyably. Experience getting into the best shape of your life through guided fitness adventures at your pace!

On Foot:

Hiking in the beautiful mountains, forests and lakeside trails
(or running if you can), power walking over 40km of pedestrian
only paved trails that wrap around the Whistler valley

On Bike:

We’ve got 10 comfortable cruiser bikes (and an adult tricycle)
with big cushy seats and step through frames. You’ll feel like a kid
again, whizzing around with your new friends, who are grouped to match
your pace.

In The Water:

From water boot camp in our big outdoor swimming pool through
to cardio kayaking in the nearby lake, you’ll balance out your
fitness program with the low-impact that water brings.

Fitness Classes:

Our weight loss retreat provides customized scheduling throughout
the day based on your body’s response to previous activity. Classes
may include stretching, learn-to-run, strength training, sports
conditioning and hydrotherapy.

In addition to your fitness schedule, you’ll also participate in Life Coaching & Nutrition. These classroom and small group workshops are an important part of your week. You don’t just lose weight here, you learn how to continue your journey at home and make it a permanent way-of-life.
